Rules for Visitors and External Companies

We wish you a pleasant stay. For your own safety, please adhere to the following rules and safetyregulations for visitors and external companies. We will be happy to provide you with a printed copy ofthese regulations at the reception, and you will also receive them via email upon submitting your onlinevisit announcement.

Access to the Company

All visitors must check in and out with the company's security service at the reception upon arrival anddeparture. Access to the company's buildings will be granted only for the agreed purpose. You may moveonly in the areas and during the time required for this purpose. Each visitor receives a visitor card uponentering the company. Always wear it visibly. Under no circumstances should you hand it over to thirdparties, and you should return it to the reception at the end of your visit.

Access-controlled areas can only be used if you have an access card. Otherwise, you can enter these areasonly if accompanied by a responsible person from our company. Access for persons under 16 years ofage is permitted only with explicit permission from management.

Parking is available in the spaces marked for visitors, if available. Please follow the instructions of thereception staff.

Confidentiality of Information and Cybersecurity

While on the premises of STARKOM, you may become aware of business secrets of STARKOM d.o.o.or its partners. By confirming, you commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all information,especially intentions, findings, processes, etc., that become known or accessible to you during your stayat the company. This obligation applies indefinitely and also to your employer. Please adhere to thegeneral prohibition on photography and audio and video recordings. If your work requires takingphotographs, you may do so only with explicit permission from STARKOM. For this purpose, pleasespeak to your contact person.

Compliance with applicable cybersecurity standards is mandatory. All electronic devices or data carriersmust be protected with appropriate antivirus applications, updated with the latest technology. Accessingthe network and using USB drives is only permitted with the approval of STARKOM's IT department.

General Information

• Traffic regulations apply between buildings. The maximum allowed speed is 30 km/h. Forkliftsalways have the right of way. Use pedestrian paths (sidewalks outside and floor markings inproduction areas). Cross the road at designated places (zebra crossings).
• Follow safety and environmental handling instructions. In production areas, safety shoes andreflective vests are mandatory. Waste separation is mandatory on company premises.
• There is a general prohibition on smoking and bringing alcoholic beverages into the company.Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

Violations of rules regarding safety, order, occupational health and safety, and confidentiality ofinformation may lead to claims for damages and can be prosecuted.
